Moderna – Spikevax (Healthcare & Pharma | Global Campaign)

Supported Moderna’s global Spikevax campaigns across 2023–2024, helping reposition vaccination in a post-pandemic environment as a simple, seasonal routine. Partnered with Tag Worldwide and Moderna’s internal teams to develop high-volume, MLR-compliant campaign templates for global marketing teams to localize and deploy, while shifting tone and messaging nuance across both HCP and DTC audiences.

In 2023, wrote all copy across YouTube, email, organic social, banners, and print/digital leave-behinds, participating in weekly medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) reviews and collaborating closely with creative teams in a fast-moving environment. In 2024, served as lead copywriter for the HCP global campaign, overseeing a team of four writers, reinforcing regulatory guardrails, and providing final review and edits while advising on global messaging requirements.

Also contributed to the U.S. unbranded consumer COVID disease education website, developing modular content aligned to the broader consumer narrative and cohesive cross-channel strategy and user experience.
